Well yes Stephen, I was all raw today. I had some pineapple in the late morning, and a banana even later in the morning. Early afternoon, I had a smoothie with dates and bananas and a few almonds and water. I had a date for snack in the afternoon. Dinner was a fancy buffet where I had the garnish fruit for starters, the dessert fruit salad for main course, and the salad and avocado slices for dessert. It was a lovely raw day.
