Anyways, I just discovered this absolutely scrumptious recipe which I tweaked. I call it okra slaw tacos and I've had it for lunch like everyday this week!
1 cup fresh okras chopped
1 vine tomato chopped
1 ripe avocado
kernels from 1 corn cobb
mix it all together and serve in between romaine lettuce leaves
...gooey, crunchy, scrumptious and yummy!
For breakfast I usually stick to fruits and for dinner I like dates and freshly blended almond milk or young thai coconut meat with the coconut water or a combination of both.
