Just checking in to say hello to everyone here. I hope you're all having a wonderful journey with rawfood and over-all holistic wellness. I really appreciate this site and thank Steve again for creating it. I've been doing the raw thing actively since 2001 (had been vegan for several years before that). I eat 2 meals a day. My first is all fruits- starting with the lightest and moving to the heaviest last. My second meal starts with a green salad followed by the heaviest food of the day- i.e. guacamole or nut pate or seed cheese. Working quite well for me.
Dave, glad to read your post here. You're eatig plan sounds terrific. I've regularly heard people describe how as they continue eating raw over time, they don't feel the need to eat as frequently as they once did.
