Raw Food Log, 2008, 9/22...

Breakfast- 1 slice of raw carrot kake

Lunch- 2 quarts of strawberries, sliced and drizzled with honey

Dinner- 1 large slice raw carrot kake

I have ripe bananas and farm fresh lettuce that needs to be eaten but this raw carrot kake I made is so good I couldn't resist eating some more of it for dinner.  What to choose -fresh nectarines, fresh dates, bananas, oranges, crispy tender greens..., it's a problem of abundance.

Raw Food Log, 2008, 9/15...

Breakfast- a green smoothie; 5 peaches, 3/4 lb fresh spinach, 1 cup water, blended

Lunch- 1 1/2 lbs red seedless grapes

Dinner- a handful of goji berries; a green smoothie: 2 peaches, 1/4 lb fresh spinach, 1/2 cup water; 1 large tomato, corn from 3 ears fresh sweet corn, 1/2 red bell pepper, all chopped and drizzled with tahini

Raw Food Log, 2008, 9/14...

Breakfast- 1 cantaloupe

Lunch- 2 large peaches, 2 plums, 2 bananas

Dinner- fresh corn from 2 ears of corn, 2 large tomatoes, mixed with 1 cup fresh home made pesto (basil from my garden)

Raw Food Log, 2008, 9/13...

Breakfast- 1 cantaloupe, 1/3 homemade raw strawberry blueberry pie

Lunch- at The Village Natural, green juice, plate sliced cucumbers, plate of lettuce

 
Dinner- raw marinara sauce poured over 3 zucchini cut into angel hair pasta, 1 slice of Life Force "bread", small piece Dr. Cow cashew nut cheese

Breakfast- a green smoothie: 1 pineapple, 1 bunch dandelion greens, 2 cups pure water

Lunch- 4 bananas

Dinner- 1/3 homemade (by me) raw strawberry blueberry pie
