Lunch- 2 avocados and 10 Medjool dates, chopped and eaten together

Dinner- 4 apples

Ya might want to check into food combining rules. Likely your digestion will thank you. Sweet fruits with fats do not combine well, even if you don't feel sick when you eat them they are not digesting correctly and the fruit will ferment once in your system (the fats will become rancid).

Ian, thanks for the tip. I've been studying the food combining rules for years and years and I believe it all. Sometimes my wants take precedent over what is probably the healthier choice. If I ate dates and avocado together every day, I agree that I wouldn't feel so great-I've tried it.
