100% raw
Breakfast- 8 Honey tangerines
Lunch- 4 bananas
Dinner- 2 avocados, 1 large grapefruit, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 cup walnuts
Yea, I know that dinner was heavy on the fat. I ate what I had here at home. The avocados were ripe, perfectly ripe; I ate them with a spoon as if I was eating ice cream! The other dinner ingredients were mixed together in a bowl and I ate it all together. Lunch was kind of light so I "beefed up" dinner.
My friend Andrew came by today; he was telling me that today is his sixth day of eating 100% raw- way to go Andrew! We both agreed that for us it's easier to eat all raw than to eat partially raw. Once I eat something cooked I don't want anything raw and everything goes down hill really fast. By the way, for me, today is day 37 of 100% raw. I fell off the raw food wagon back in January and I am happily back on it.
