recap: Breakfast- 9 Honey Tangerines
recap: Lunch- 4 bananas, 1/2 cup dried cherries, 1/2 cup dried apricots
Dinner- Salad, a large one! (1 small head of Romaine lettuce, 2 carrots shredded, 3 sticks celery diced, hand full fresh dill, juice of 1/2 lime, 1/4 cup sunflower seed)
This is how I like to eat! I would consider today almost an ideal food day for me. I'd like it more if I had had more fresh fruit at lunch instead of the dried fruit. My energy has been consistently high and even throughout the day.
