Raw is nothing to barf at...

Breakfast- 5 DElicious large navel oranges

There's a gossip page called "3am" and today it seems to be making fun of the raw diet. I admit it; its a tremendous challenge for me to listen objectively to someone who hasn't tried raw for at least a few months. These girls at 3am  are probably in that category. Its probably not worth mentioning, but after describing the obvious healthy attributes of a new line of raw dog food that celebrities are feeding their pets, their response is "Barf indeed!" Maybe if Kiki, Eva and Caroline would commit to trying a well rounded raw diet for a few months they wouldn't have that once hot but now fading flower look that you can't help but notice in their photo.
