Probably not enough food...

I ate what I had at home today. I enjoyed it all but I know that it wouldn't be enough food over time. I'm still recovering from having had surgery on my feet and it was just easier to stay in and eat what was already here rather than venture out on my still tender feet and buy more food. Groceries are a top priotrity for Tuesday morning. Bottom line, don't fail with raw foods because you're not eating enough!
Regarding the nutritional value/ratio of what I ate, it was ok; I just need more of it. I try to keep Dr. Graham's 80-10-10 suggestion in mind; see www.foodnsport.com. I entered what I ate into some nutritional software that I have and my ratio for today is 90-5-5.
