Breakfast- 6 ripe bananas

Lunch- 2 medium sized heads of Romaine lettuce

I'm currently reading a lot about protein and amino acids.  According to Billy Ray Boyd in "For The Vegetarian in You" the National Academy of Sciences report that your body's need for protein hardly increases at all when you're exercising or engaged in physical labor.  It's the need for carbohydrate that increases.  Sufficient carbohydrate and fat is necessary for the optimal utilization of the limited amount of protein that the body needs.
