This is what I ate...
This is everything that I ate yesterday:
Breakfast- 5 mangos
Lunch- 9 Honey tangerines
Dinner- 2 Honey tangerines, 2 Valencia oranges, 1 head Romaine lettuce, 1/2 oz Brazil nuts
I'm cultivating the practice of keeping caloric intake up while keeping fat intake down. I felt very clear and present throughout the day. My energy was very consistent, no ups and downs. When some life challenges came up I responded and just kept showing up for the next right action. I felt the emotional elasticity that I frequently refer to as being a benefit of living the raw life.
