You don't have to do anything...

Breakfast- 16 oz fresh carrot beet celery juice

Lunch- Raw Soul Tamale Pie, Raw Soul Pineapple Upside-down Cake, Miss Lillian's raw oatmeal raisin cookies

Dinner- large mixed greens salad, large serving of cole slaw mixed with the salad

I had an appointment in lower Chelsea and afterward I was happy to go by Integral Yoga Natural Grocery Store and see that the deli was stocked with food from Raw Soul!

I regularly hear people say that they "have to" do something with regard to their health.  "I had to take an aspirin."  "I had to have an operation."  I had to drink a soda to settle my stomach."  "I had to take an antibiotic."  It goes on and on.

I'd like to say to those people: "WAKE UP!  YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO DO!"

I'd also like to ask them what are they willing to do?  How committed are they willing to be to experience real health and wellness.  What are they willing to stop putting into their bodies?

I heard someone talking about how he spent some time at his parents' home and really pigged out.  He said that he woke up the next morning with a stomach virus.  Bull S_ _ t!  There wasn't a stomach virus; the guy ate so much cooked food that his body responded by getting rid of it.  This is the bodys normal and proper response.  Viruses are getting a bad rap.  They are being used to excuse someone's bad habits.  Only one person is responsible for the maintenance of our health, ourselves!
