Breakfast- 9 large Medjool dates
Lunch- a salad of 2 sliced Navel oranges, 1 Golden Delicious apple and 1 Jona Gold apple, both diced, 3 large shredded carrots
Dinner- in this order: 1 mango, 1 mandarin orange, 2 avocados, handful of cashews, 2 medium sized tomatoes
I put exercise back on the menu and I am amazed at how easy it is to maintain strength when eating only raw food. Even though I haven't exercised in about 6 weeks since my toe surgery, I haven't lost very much strength. I just read this back to Michael and his response was, "Damn you, how come you're so strong!"
