Lunch- Brazil nut milk smoothie (fresh brazil nut milk, dates, avocado, carob,spices), 1/2 avocado
Dinner- 1 head Romaine lettuce, 1 pint cherry tomatoes
I bought a Vitamix and today I used it for the first time. My smoothie was the smoothest and silkiest that I've ever made. The only problem was that the Vitamix is so powerful and efficient that it heated my smoothie! It was warm, not hot so I don't believe that I cooked it. I guess its important to not blend it any longer than is absolutely necessary. Warm weather is on the way and I'm not going to want to drink hot smoothies.
