Friday food update...
Breakfast- 5 large Navel oranges
Lunch- salad of 3 sliced oranges, 2 shredded carrots, 1/2 cup walnuts
Dinner- Brazil nut milk smoothie (fresh brazil nut milk, dates, bananas, spices)
I haven't eaten any greens in a few days and I am starting to crave some.
