Breakfast(recap)- 6 small bananas mixed with raw tahini, coconut, and raw carob powder
Lunch- 8 (2 packages) Miss Lillian's raw Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Dinner- 1 Golden Delicious apple
This is the smallest dinner I've eaten in months! Breakfast was a real comfort food kind of treat, but it was so heeaavvvvy in my stomach- not a wise food combination. I really didn't feel well for several hours. Maybe one day I'll really learn my lesson and refrain from mixing fruit and nuts and the like. We can't break the laws of health; we can only prove them.
