Compromise or perfectionism...

Breakfast- 6 Navel oranges
Lunch- 7 bananas
Dinner- 1/2 lb cashews, 2 large cucumbers
I don't like acknowledging when I've eaten cashews. Even "raw" cashews have to be heated to a minimally low level in order to extract the nut from a case that is saturated with caustic sap. Cashews frequently don't sit comfortably in my stomach and I usually feel like I've compromised in some some way when I've eaten them. Mixing green water rich vegetables or non-sweet fruit such as cucumbers is essential for the efficient digestion of nuts.
