Breakfast- 1/3 of a large Durian's flesh
Lunch- 2 slices Ms. Lillian's Raw Soul pies: Nutty Butter Brownie & Cheesecake Lovers Cheesecake, 1 2-piece pack of Didi's carob fudge Sun Gems
Dinner- Large mixed greens and tomato Salad
The Ninth Avenue International Food Festival was going on while my family was here. When they were sampling some of the festival food, the aromas and appearance of it were appealing. The Greek pastry, the baked goods from Amy's, the focacia and pasta in a local Italian restaurant, I can't say that I don't want to eat it. I know that I don't want to feel the way I feel when I eat it, lethargic, unsatisfied, stimulated and wanting more, always more. The last time I indulged in eating cooked food was 106 days ago and I felt miserable. I don't want to go back; raw feels too good!
