Time to be outside...

Breakfast- 3 large Navel oranges

Lunch- 1 banana, several dates, 1 orange (Not an ideal combination of fruit but thoroughly enjoyed while sitting on the riverbank overlooking the the Delaware river in Port Jervis, NY!)

Dinner- Delicious mock-tuna salad and mixed greens & vegetable salad(Prepared by friends Rhio and Lee and enjoyed in the country fresh air of their upstate farm.)

It's a beautiful day, I'd rather be outside than stay in and write.  Here I go!

Carol, We can all be there for each other and learn from each other. Congratulations on having the awareness that you needed to stay away from dried fruit and that watermelon would be the healthier choice for you.
