Breakfast- 3 large Navel oranges
Lunch- 1 banana, several dates, 1 orange (Not an ideal combination of fruit but thoroughly enjoyed while sitting on the riverbank overlooking the the Delaware river in Port Jervis, NY!)
Dinner- Delicious mock-tuna salad and mixed greens & vegetable salad(Prepared by friends Rhio and Lee and enjoyed in the country fresh air of their upstate farm.)
It's a beautiful day, I'd rather be outside than stay in and write. Here I go!
