Breakfast- Almond milk ice cream over berries, bananas and other fruit, with sprouted barley
Lunch- Avocado-Cilantro soup, mixed green & Vegetable salad, 1 additional avocado
Dinner- Leigh's special salad- greens, citrus & mango, dressing, also cauliflower "mashed potatoes" and gravy
Michael and I visited friends Rhio and Leigh on their farm in up-state NY. The fresh air was terrific and I enjoyed getting my hands dirty and helping with the spring planting. It was great to get out of my own eating routine and eat what other raw friends eat. We all have our unique ways and habits of eating and I like that we can share what we do with each other. We all learn from each other.
