Paying the piper...
Breakfast- 4 sliced Navel oranges, 2 cups sliced strawberries
Lunch- 3 Navel oranges, 6 Medjool dates
Dinner- a salad: chopped mixed greens, 4 stalks chopped asparagus, 1 pint sliced cherry tomatoes, 2/3 cup freshly home ground sunflower seed, juice of one lime, 1 tbs dulse flakes
This morning I'm paying the price for last night's dinner. The inside of my mouth feels shriveled up from the spicy and concentrated dehydrated food. I know that if I am going to eat complex prepared raw food, then it's best that I also eat some water rich vegetables or a juicy salad along with it. I felt a little disappointed to notice that the raw lasagna I ate has nutritional yeast and miso listed in the ingredients. These ingredients don't grow on trees; I'd like to find out the source, just to have peace of mind about eating (or not eating) the lasagna. In the meanwhile I'll be drinking a lot of water and getting back to fruit- natures perfect food.
