Lunch- 1 quart strawberries sliced & 2 tbs raw honey, 2 large oranges
Dinner- From Raw Soul: Tamale pie, refried Beans, guacamole, De-lime pie, Hawaiian cheesecake
I love the Union Square Green Market. Yesterday I took a few moments to stroll through and take in the sights. I soaked up the morning sun and breathed the cool morning air and I was enlivened by the beauty of the food and flowers. This is raw food at its best! These fresh raw foods and flowers are truly the building blocks of health.
