Lunch- A large, 28 oz, almond milk carob banana smoothie
The smoothie won out! I'm planning to go running this afternoon so I've been telling myself that the exercise will help metabolize the fat contained in the smoothie and won't interfere with digesting the ripe bananas that are waiting to be eaten.
