A little goes a long way...
Breakfast- 1 head of Romaine lettuce
Lunch- 5 bananas
Dinner last night tasted good. I enjoyed eating it and I am grateful that it's available, but it was too much of a good thing. I ate much later than I usually do and went to sleep soon after. That's not a great thing for me. I didn't sleep well, my stomach still felt full this morning, and I feel tired today. This is what complex food does, it saps our energy. A little of it goes a long way.
I don't drink coffee but this morning I felt jealous of the people I saw walking around with their cups of joe. The euphoric energy jolt that happens upon drinking it was looking good.
Today the thing to do is to eat lighter food. What I described above doesn't happen when I eat bananas, mangos, oranges, or simple salads with a few nuts. Also, eating smaller amounts of concentrated food and combining it with a large juicy green salad is something that works very well for me. I guess this process is about re-learning how to eat our true natural food. Time for a nap...
