Making the most of Vail CO's raw food choices...

December 30, 2006, Saturday

Breakfast: Assorted fresh fruit, mostly melon and grapefruit, glass of fresh OJ
Lunch: 2 packs of Pure Food and Wine's nut and seed bars, I've forgotten the name and I don't have the package
Dinner: Mixed greens, Romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, fennel and orange salad

I'm vacationing in Vail Colorado and fresh raw food is somewhat limited so I'm making the most of what is available. I'm glad that I brought some treats along from Pure Food and Wine. They were a perfect easy to carry meal when I took a break from my skiing lesson.
