Breakfast- 12 small oranges
The past few days have been busy. There was the Raw Health and Happiness Society on Monday, Dr. Tim Trader's talk at Bonobo's on Wednesday, yesterday we recorded another episode of the Raw Dish! Talk Show (the guests were Dr. Tim and Tonya Zavasta), plus all the regular day to day activity. I'm ready for a rest; TGIF! I considered having Pure Food & Wine Chocolate Macaroons for breakfast; the cacao causes me to feel speeded up and euphoric. So far, I've abstained.
I think that the important thing to note is that it's normal to feel tired after sustained exertion. We don't have to do anything about it. Rest is just as important to health as food. Once again, TGIF!
Oh, I heard about a new raw food documentary film that's coming out, "Supercharge Me...30 Days Raw."
