Dinner(Tuesday, 6/6/06)- 2 shredded carrots mashed in with about 1/2 cup mock tuna salad from Westerly
The mock tuna was left over from last night. Tonight I wanted to keep dinner simple and the carrot/mock tuna combination was perfect. I'm ending the day feeling grounded with my food. The past couple of days I have had cravings but yet nothing I ate really satisfied me; I'm glad that's gone. I'm finding that the more simply I eat, the more satisfied I feel.
