Breakfast- 6 bananas
Lunch- 1/2 cup cashews; 3 bananas sliced and mixed with homemade raw almond butter, shredded coconut, and carob powder
I made almond butter in the food processor. I used the "s" blade and kept it running for about 5-6 minutes. The end result is a little dry but still good. Once it sits for a little while the oils slowly are released and it becomes more moist.
