Dinner- 6 bananas, 7 coconut date rolls
Throughout the day I have been feeling increasingly well. The feelings of vulnerability and ennui that I've had for a couple of days have lifted. Keeping food simple helps but how much can be contributed to food?
When I read Herbert Shelton's writings he frequently attributes a plethora of negative symptoms to diet, especially emotional and mental symptoms. Is it possible that it takes three plus days for my body to recover from cacao, maple syrup and high fat coconut? I can't say for sure but I know I feel a higher state of well being when I keep my food simple. Once again, I ask myself, "Are the treats worth it?"
The date rolls were the most questionable thing I ate today- its progress, not perfection!
