Raw Food Log for Wed., July 26
Breakfast- 1/2 watermelon
Lunch- 1/2 watermelon
Dinner- Three coconut date rolls, a large salad: fresh corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, dill, and tahini
I went to the farmer's market yesterday and all the vegetables in the salad were purchased there, fresh from the farmer. The cucumber was really crisp and the tomatoes were really red inside. There was so much food at the market, peaches, apricots, watermelon, cantaloupe, blueberries, strawberries, nectarines, and all the summer vegetables. I wanted to buy some of all of it, but I didn't. I can only eat so much. It was the first time that I felt regretful for being so stocked up on watermelon.
