Food log for Friday, July 28:
Breakfast- 1 1/2 lbs grapes
Lunch- 4 coconut date rolls, 8 medjool dates
Dinner- 1/2 watermelon and a large mixed fruit salad from a diner
I'm noticing that I'm drinking less water than I was a few weeks ago. I still drink two large glasses first thing upon waking up in the morning- before I get out of bed, and several glasses before breakfast. However, my water consumption during the day is less. I think it's because I've been eating very simply and have not had any added salt from prepared raw recipe food. The body has to take in and hold water to dilute the added sodium that we consume.
