Raw Foods and Regularity, New Tomato Soup recipe...

Lunch- 1/2 watermelon

Dinner- 12 oz fresh carrot juice, 6 Medjool dates, 1 large head Romaine lettuce

Irregularity has never been an issue for me; the makers of Exlax never depended on my business.  However, since transitioning to all raw I am even more regular than ever and it just keeps getting better!  In the last 3-4 months, since I've been sticking to eating 3 substantial raw meals a day and no snacks, my system works like clockwork.  I've heard countless people talk about how their bowel problems improved when they transitioned to raw.  The makers of Exlax and Metamucil probably don't want us to share this information!

Check out the raw recipe journal.  I added a great recipe for the summer, Tomato Soup!

This is a beautiful website Steve. And thanks for the opportunity for interaction. You are a driving force in the living foods community and lifestyle. It's comforting to know that you are a click away!!!!

Just ate blended papaya and banana. I got the idea from author Nomi Shannon at the www.rawgourmet.com . I'm receiving 7 parts of her free online course which includes recipes, and I recommend it. 'Found out about it from JinJee's www.thegardendiet.com, a beautiful sight with pics of her live family. I receive her daily inspirations. I love connecting with positive people who are embracing a healthy vegan and live foods lifestyle outside of New York. Love and Blessings. Thanks- Marcia cherrydragonut@yahoo.com
