Fruit's the best for satisfaction, Dinner at Caravan...
Breakfast- 1/2 watermelon
Lunch- 1 3/4 lbs red cherries & white cherries, 1 pint blueberries
Dinner- from Caravan of Dreams: almond-coconut spiced milk, humus with flax crackers and crudites, "Toona" salad on 1 slice of "bread", large green salad, 1 slice almond-banana pie.
Eating plenty of fresh ripe fruit is what satisfies me on the raw diet. Fruit and greens work. Add some other stuff for fun and variety every so often but keep coming back to fruit and greens!
My friend Mike decided to have his birthday dinner at Caravan of Dreams. Its been a while since I was there. Dinner was good. I didn't care for the almond-coconut milk beverage but everything else was terrific. I particularly like Caravan's humus with flax crackers. The humus has a refined combination of flavors, mostly savory with a hint of sweetness and a smooth light consistency. The crackers are light, crisp and shaped like Pringles!
