Sunshine...
Breakfast- 2 pints blueberries, 7 apricots
Lunch- 1/2 watermelon
Dinner- 1/2 watermelon
I had a meeting early this morning near the Central Park. After my meeting I took a short walk in the park and the sunshine on a patch of grass caught my attention. Remembering how great the early morning sun felt yesterday, I took off my shirt, sat down in the grass, and once again allowed the sun's rays to shine right into the the center of my chest and my solar plexus. The sensation felt as if I was absorbing the sun's energy.
The sun is the source of our nutrition and energy. Plant life and fruit absorb it and animals eat the plants and fruit. Fossil fuels originate from sun-energy-absorbing plant life. Wouldn't it be terrific if one day the body's mechanism for directly absorbing the suns energy was identified?
