Food log for Sunday, August 13, 2006
Breakfast- 1 large cantaloupe
Lunch- 2 pints blueberries, about 15-16 apricots
Dinner- at least 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes, corn from 2 ears of fresh sweet corn, 1/2 lb living mashed potatoes(from Westerly Natural Market), 1 package Sundried Marinara Almonds & Pistachios(by Living Intentions), 1 slice Berry Lover's Cheesecake(by Miss Lillian/Raw Soul)
I went on a picnic in the New York Central Park yesterday. Robert Dyckman (see links) invited me and some other friends to join him. Of course we all brought raw food. It was a beautiful day for being outside and Central Park is amazing. We New Yorkers are truly blessed to have such a luscious park.
