Back to Basics...
Breakfast- 5 bananas
Lunch- 1/2 large watermelon
Dinner- 1/2 large watermelon
I've felt strung out from the cacao all day today. I don't even want to write about it. I was able to take a nap. Last night I was able to sleep about 3 hours total and it wasn't deep sleep. Just now I feel my body finally beginning to relax and unwind. I don't see how that stuff can be "health" food.
