Mamey, Stopping before I'm stuffed...
Breakfast- 3 medium Mamey fruit
Lunch- 1/2 large watermelon
Dinner- From Westerly: living mashed potatoes & 1 slice raw pizza, 1 pint cherry tomatoes, crackers from BlueGreen
Ripe mamey for breakfast, now that's breakfast! It's been a few days since I've eaten watermelon and it tasted great. The watermelon season is coming to an end and the price is beginning to creep back up. I've felt hungry today; its probably because I had two vigorous workouts at the Gym. Unfortunately I didn't plan dinner in advance and that's not a good thing. I was hungry and the cupboard was bare! I kept my cool and walked to Westerly and picked up dinner without succumbing to the urge to fill up my shopping basket. For the first time in my life, the desire to feel light, fit, and energetic is beginning to outweigh the desire to eat so much that I'm in discomfort. Let's hope these words don't come back to haunt me terribly because I really do love to eat.
