Taking raw foods back to the office...
Breakfast- 1 large cantaloupe
Lunch- A large salad bar salad with Romaine lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and cucumbers
Dinner- 5 large bananas
The cantaloupe was so sweet; I bought it fresh at the Union Square Green Market.
If all goes as planned, I will be starting a new job today- back to corporate America. I am already starting to think ahead about incorporating my raw lifestyle into life in the office. The timing of my meals is my greatest concern. Here I go...
