Breakfast- almost 1/2 watermelon
Lunch- A large salad bar salad with Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, walnuts, golden raisins
Dinner- 6 large bananas
I've had appointments after work the past two nights so I've eaten dinner, bananas, before leaving my office. I like eating early but then, when I arrive home, I don't quite know what to do with myself. Tonight, after changing clothes into something comfortable I took a walk outside, went into the local pet store and looked at the animals, and I chatted briefly with a friend I crossed paths with. I guess those things are a from of feeding myself also.
I'm glad that I have plenty of food at home to take to my new office. I think I have enough to get me through Friday and then, over the long weekend, I can stock up for next week.
It felt good to keep it simple yesterday. As a result I slept really well last night.
