Jubbs Longevity, I'll just keep writing about raw food, Shyamalan, Maine potluck...

Breakfast- 1 large cantaloupe

Lunch- 2 pints blueberries

Dinner- fresh sweet corn from 3 ears, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup tahini

Dinner last night at Jubb's was delicious.  The only problem is that I never felt full but my wallet felt empty.  When I eat my simple meals of fruit and vegetables I eat until I feel full and then I stop.  My body tells me when I've had enough.  Sometimes what I'm eating just begins to lose it's appeal and I stop eating.  That is usually the case with fruit; yesterday's mangos are a good example.  Also, a ten dollar watermelon lasts for two large meals.

I am feeling the after effects from the onions and maybe some of the other spicy ingredients.  My mouth feels dehydrated and physiologically I've felt agitated this morning.  I feel more mellow when I eat fruits.

Yesterday, I saw Aaron Russo's film, "America: Freedom to Fascism."  I feel fascinated and disturbed.  I'm not sure what to do with the information.  I believe that a raw food diet and the natural changes that unfold from it can bring about a shift in consciousness.  So, for today, I'll keep eating raw foods and sharing my message about raw foods.  I've started a post here on the forum page if anyone has anything they'd like to share about their experience of the film.

I've discovered another raw food actress.  Apparently, Bryce Dallas Howard, from "Shyamalan" is a raw foodist.  Typically of non-raw foodists, her outing had an edge to it.  She is described as "sincere, polite, well-liked...(despite her penchant for eating only raw food)."  Now really, was is necessary to use the word "despite?"  what does that mean?

This just in- I found out about raw potlucks in Maine and there's one on August 31.  I've posted it here in the events calendar.

I saw "America: Freedom To Fascism" last night as well. So did our mutual friend Loren.

It is truly disturbing and luckily there are still things we can do about it. Just for instance posting this information on your blog was very important.

But we can definitely turn around this situation of our lost freedom. Now you realize why Democrats or Republicans when they become president seem much like the other party.

It's because they are mostly controlled behind the scenes. I'd suggest reading the movie's website http://freedomtofascism.com.

You can pretty much get the gist of what the movie is talking about by listening to the audios and watching the trailers and videos on his site.

The key is knowledge. If everyone new what was going on, these elite couldn't control us. They couldn't use force against with the military because they would know they are being manipulated and they would say know.

Knowledge is the key to beating this problem.
