Raw Food and mental clarity...
On Tuesday, 9/12/06:
Breakfast- about 20 small fresh dates
Lunch- a large salad bar salad with Romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, walnuts, raisins and pine nuts
Dinner- 4 large nectarines
My new job is very demanding, in a good way, and I am very aware of the mental clarity that I am experiencing in the workplace as I continue to eat a 100% raw food diet. I don't think I could do what I am currently doing if I was not eating all raw and my mind had that cooked food fog floating around.
Dinner was light because I didn't get to eat until late and I didn't want to go to bed with a heavy stomach and end up not sleeping well.
