Breakfast- 1 3/4 pints blueberries
Lunch- 4 bananas
Dinner- 2 1/4 lbs red seedless grapes
I felt tired when I got home late last night from work, but I did not feel fatigued and exhausted. I stretched a little, relaxed, read a little, showered and went to sleep. This morning I feel bursting with energy! So much so that I am amazed. I attribute it greatly to keeping my food simple and getting enough sleep.
