Breakfast- 4 large bananas
Lunch- 3 very large Jonagold apples, 2 Golden Delicious apples
Dinner- Approximately 4/5 lb fresh dates
Not much to write at the moment. There's a lot of stress in my office currently and I know that the simple raw meals are key in me maintaining my equilibrium. I was tempted to dive in to the nuts last night and I'm glad I didn't. If I do at some point, well okay, there are worst things I could do. For now what I'm eating is working.
