Breakfast- 4 very large Jonagold apples, 1 Golden delicious apple
As I entered the calendar entry for today I couldn't help but be reminded of what I see as my current weak link in my health practice. I need more exercise. Daily, I have long vigorous walks and I stretch and do simple yoga at home about once a week. I know that more intentional fitness activity would benefit me. I feel healthy and I generally look healthy, but I'd like to feel more fit. The combination of low fat raw foods and physical activity are integral to health.
