What's your take on calorie consumption? Seems like you don't take in that many.Do you have any sort of nutritional guidelines that you follow, for instance,80/10/10 carbs, pro, fats? How long have you been a raw foodist? Thanks. All the best.
Brian
I strive to follow Dr. Graham's 80/10/10 guidelines; somedays I'm right on it and somedays I'm way off! Recently, a friend who eats a so-called healthy cooked diet that is vegetarian except for fish wanted to compare his nutrient consumption to mine on Fitday.com. I laughed when his "healthy meal" that included salmon and steamed vegetables was actually a very high fat meal.
I started studying and transitioning to raw foods 12 years ago. I've eaten all raw since January 2003, except for a couple of "relapses" when I ate whatever I felt like eating, raw or cooked.
