357 days of all raw food...

Breakfast- 4 large bananas

Lunch- A large salad: mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, sun-dried tomatoes, shredded carrots, marinated artichokes, walnuts, raisins

Dinner- 3 "sandwiches", each consisting of a Symbio Life Burger, a slice of tomato, a spoonful of Real Pickles raw Kimchi, all sandwiched between two leaves of Romaine lettuce; a few each of Glaser Farms Curry Nori Crackers & Audrey's Pleasure New York Sushi Chips

Dinner really hit the spot.  As you have probably figured out, I like to eat until I'm full and I was prepared with plenty of food on hand tonight.  The sandwiches were so satisfying that it was really easy to to just breathe and stop eating when I finished them.  I even stopped eating the sushi chips and nori crackers before they were gone and I have some left to enjoy tomorrow.

Today is my 356th day of eating only raw food, almost 1 year.  My personal record for consecutive days of eating only raw food is 18 months.  Sometimes I still miss the cooked stuff but I don't miss the way I felt when I ate it.  Go raw!!!

Stephen, I appreciate your blog so much--really inspiring. I'm most inspired by the simplicity of your raw food diet. No complex recipes, just whole fruits and veggies, salads, some takeout...

Keep blogging!

Brian, thanks. I like it too. It helps me to write about this path I've chosen. I'm not a bodybuilder, my fitness program is always changing, sometimes I focus on weight traing, other times its running, it might be yoga for period of time. It varies. I agree, raw liberates! I'm pretty fit but I always wish that I were more fit than I am.

Tam, glad to know that my blog inspires you. I feel very sheepish at times when I write about the sometimes high volume of raw take out food I consume. It's decreasing with time though. I sometimes have to remind myself that its much better than for me than the cheap Chinese food and the deli sandwiches that I used to love to eat.
