The holidays are past, time to get back to raw food basics...

Breakfast- 4 oranges
Lunch- 3 Golden Delicious apples, 3 large Jonagold apples
Dinner- 6 large Navel oranges
I've been feeling some post holiday blues this week and I think that overeating on nuts and complex raw food, while it's comforting in the moment, still contributes more to the blues that to relieving them.
"Lighten up Stephen!" That's what I'm hearing in my mind. So, (sigh) since the holidays are last year's news and the season for holiday indulging is past I guess its time to get back to the kind of raw food eating that I know makes me feel great, fruits, vegetables, and a few seeds and nuts. Nothing beats these raw food basics.
