Breakfast- 5 Honey Tangerines
Lunch- 6 1/2 large bananas
Dinner- Mixed berry salad including raspberries, blackberries, strawberries & blueberries; Mesclun & Arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
On Saturday I went up and stayed overnight at the Mohonk Mountain house. Dinner was a prixfix event in a huge dinning hall with all of the other guests. When the waitress came to take my order I said "Just so you have some background information, I'm a raw foodist, I don't eat anything cooked, so I have some questions about what's possible." She was very easy and I that's how my dinner selection came to be.
