Satisfying, balanced, and substantial, an impromptu raw food dinner...

Breakfast- 8 Honey tangerines

Lunch- 2 lbs green seedless grapes

Dinner- 3/4 lbs green seedless grapes, a large salad (lettuce, cucumbers, shredded carrots) with 1 pint cherry tomatoes and home made guacamole, 7-8 brazil nuts

I wasn't up to walking to the grocery store and then having to prepare food when I got back so I picked up 2 already prepared salads and some cherry tomatoes from Nice & Natural.  Then I bought a side order of guacamole from a little mom & pop Mexican restaurant.  I had some uneaten grapes from lunch; that was my fruit appetizer.  Voila!  I had a fairly substantial balanced (for a raw foodist) meal.
