Breakfast- about 16 Clementine oranges
Lunch- 1 pineapple, 2 kiwi
Dinner- Stuffed red pepper(mixed nut meat pate, marinara sauce, pesto sauce), 1/2 cup cashews, 8 Didi's "Mac and Cheese" crackers
The old saying that "you can't break the laws of nature, you can only prove them" must be true because I keep proving it so. Dinner was the example. Even though I felt physically full, I still wanted more and opened that last package of Didi's crackers and ate them. Dinner was high in fat and my body was still wanting fruit (carbs). On other occasions when my appetizer is fruit or a juice such as carrot juice, I feel satisfied and rarely want more after I feel physically full. The same is true when I eat a mono meal of fruit; I always feel satisfied.
